Set on a modest 450m² plot on the edge of the prosperous village of Kaba Kaba, in Bali’s fertile hinterland, sits The Soko House. A 95m², one-bedroom ryokan inspired by traditional Japanese carpentry and woodwork. With vast floor-to-ceiling openings that frame the homes exposed joints, natural light floods the interior, seamlessly blending the indoor spaces with the surrounding scenery.
